Ready At Five is hosting its Spring School Readiness Symposium, How Cultural Competency Creates Transformative Learning Experiences, on May 13, 2020 at the Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport Hotel. Presented by Maryland State Department of Education Division of Early Childhood and with support from our sponsors, the symposium will feature Keynote Speaker Alvin Irby, MS, MPA, Founder and Chief Reading Inspirer of Barbershop Books. Mr. Irby will be available to sign copies of his book, Gross Greg. Workshops will follow after lunch.
